Issue with User Registration and Login After Approval

    Hello,

    I am experiencing an issue with user registration on my WooCommerce website using the Woodmart theme. The registration process works fine, and the account is created. However, after approving the registration request via the “New User Approve” plugin, the user is unable to log in because the password does not match the registered email.

    I have tried disabling the “New User Approve” plugin, but the issue persists. Users still cannot log in with their registered credentials.

    Could you please assist in troubleshooting this issue? Is there any known conflict between the Woodmart theme and the registration process that could be causing this?

    Hello,

    To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
