Slow implementation of theme modifications

The theme was purchased recently to renew an existing website
The website is hosted on Hostinger and the site was staged to be renewed using this theme
I am facing a problem which is the slow implementation of my modifications such as the logo and images in the page titles.
When I make each modification I wait a long time to implement it and sometimes it is not implemented at all despite saving the modifications
Please help

Note: Although modifications were made yesterday to adjust the logo, some images, and also to the footer, they were not modified and the new modifications did not appear on the site.

First, disable the server cache, then clear the site cache and recheck the changes.
