    I understand that this is support for the visual part and the functional part of the theme, but I still ask for help. I have clicked too much and now my delivery methods are not shown on the pages of the custom theme mega electronics. I would just like that in the PC version on the left I had a request for the client’s name, his country, city, region, phone and mail, and on the right information about his order was shown, as well as a choice of delivery method (pickup or delivery), and at the bottom right under this block a button “confirm order”. A similar ideal arrangement was implemented in the xtemow woodmart fashion theme, if I’m not mistaken, but in mega electronics everything is somehow strange that I broke everything. I really need help. I gave the login and password in private content to access the admin panel and am waiting for your help

    Hi ElBender8,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    We have a special Hook widget in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

    Please try to use Hook widget to show payment gateways.

    Let me also ask, I’m not sure, it’s unlikely that the theme is in conflict, but most likely some kind of plugin, but could it be that the pickup (local point) settings may not be displayed on the checkout page?

    My pickup settings have disappeared. When I click on them, they are empty.

    I removed most of the potentially dangerous plugins and it didn’t help.

    Hi ElBender8,

    First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.

    1. To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    2. You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    1) for test i choose twenty-twenty theme
    2) i deactivate all plugins (check screenshot)
    3) problem is new woocommerce update, pls check my link about woo blocks in woo 9.4
    u can see this too if u going to my admin panel

    yes, i understand that i need to go to wordpress people, but since woodmart is considered the best theme for online stores in the world on the wordpress engine i am sure that you know about this innovation of block woocommerce and know how to help me or at least let’s figure it out together. now i can’t make pickup beautiful on the checkout page

    Previously (literally 1-2 months ago) there was a separate setting for pickup, which is not working now and on the order page it looked beautiful as in the screenshot

    Shopping configurations are default WooCommerce functionalities and WoodMart does not control it.

    For specialized assistance and potential solutions, I kindly suggest that you reach out directly to the WooCommerce plugin’s support team https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/, who are better equipped to provide you with the guidance you requires or You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.
