webwaldParticipantOn the desktop, after clicking a product in the shopping cart, the hidden sidebar and at the same time the dropdown in the mini cart are displayed in the background.
My settings:
Header Builder -> Cart -> Configure Cart settings: Dropdown without Background overlayTheme Setting -> Shop -> Action after add to cart: Display widget with Hide widget automatically after 4 sec
I don’t know if it’s a bug or something wrong with me, can you test it for yourself? I also disabled the child theme and only used yours, same problem

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
I have noted your settings and understand the issue.
Navigate to Elementor -> Settings -> Integrations and make sure the “Mini Cart Template” – https://prnt.sc/pBA0NvvLManQ is disabled.
If the issue remains temporarily, disable all third party plugins not related to the theme and check the issue. If the issue disappears, re-enable plugins one by one to identify the cause.
If the issue remains, share WP admin access so I can investigate further.

webwaldParticipantHi
i do that, and the same problem. Attached the Login details. And is it possible, that after Add to cart not open the Display widget, only mini cart?February 22, 2025 at 11:28 am #640104
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It is possible to prevent the Display widget (popup/sidebar) from opening after adding a product to the cart and only update the Mini Cart (dropdown).
-Disable Auto-Opening of the Display Widget
-Go to Theme Settings > Shop > Action after Add to Cart
-Set it to “No action” (this prevents the widget from opening automatically).Expected Result:
When a product is added, the cart widget (popup/sidebar) will not open.
-The Mini Cart icon in the header will update dynamically.
-Customers can manually open the Mini Cart by clicking the cart icon.Best Regards,

webwaldParticipantHello
yes I know these settings. The question was whether you can make the mini cart open automatically in the future? Have you found out anything about my problem?February 22, 2025 at 3:10 pm #640152
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It is not a theme issue. You can see the same working on our test site: https://uploadnow.io/f/9hYqVnp
There are two actions: add to cart action and click the cart icon to view. When you add the product to the cart, there are two options: to show the popup or to show the cart in the widget – it may be a sidebar or drop-down depending on what you have configured in the Header builder.
When you configure the cart in the Header builder you should set the one and the same format drop-down or sidebar. You can also set no action on add-to-cart events. This is the way it works.

webwaldParticipantHello,
Thanks for the answer, but for me it doesn’t look nice when 2 shopping cart displays are loaded at the same time in the background.
The settings you describe also make no sense to me. In the header settings I can set the dropdown or, but in the shop settings either the sidebar widget or popup. Here you have to use dropdown instead of popup, so both are the same.
and because of the sidebar widget, is it possible to remove the empty white part so that it comes directly after the products The sum and buttons?
