Emergency help – Menus are broken :( #2

    Hello, I haven’t made any updates to my website, but the menus are broken. We could not solve the problem, can you please help?

    When I click on the category, it redirects to different places. I haven’t installed any plugins.. Could you please help me?

    Hello,

    To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.

    This issue is not related to the theme itself. It seems to be some plugin conflict on your website. Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily and test how it works.

    It was caused by the CookieYes | GDPR Cookie Consent plugin. But this is an important plugin. When I disabled it, the issue was resolved.

    You can try to contact the plugin’s developers for help or find an alternative plugin.

    Hello,
    I’m experiencing the same issue again that I mentioned in a previous ticket. This time, I’m facing the problem without having installed any plugins or made any changes. You already have the admin login credentials. Could you please log in and check?
    My Woodmart theme and plugins are up to date.

    When I click on the ‘Yatak Odası Takımları’ menu item in the visual, it redirects to the bed icon in the menu instead. https://prnt.sc/wtoaYLjoYwKY

    It goes to this address, whereas it should be redirecting to the category page.

    Ever since I added new products to the three categories shown in the image, the menu has been broken.

    I just noticed something. When I clear the cache and visit the site in an incognito tab, there’s no problem. But when I log into my website, the menu errors I mentioned start happening.
