I have a carousel in my shop page of categories, and when you click on the arrows I want that it shows the next category, instead it changes the five categories. And two spots are empty https://prnt.sc/MnGw9yGtV08O

I want it to work like this, when you click the arrows it shows the next one, it doesn’t change the five current categories

    Hello,

Navigate to Layouts > Edit the layout with Elementor> Edit categories widget and try to disable the “Scroll per page” option in the categories widget: https://ibb.co/hxdt9059

If you disable the “Scroll per page” option in the widget, the navigation behavior will change. Instead of scrolling a whole page of items at once, it will scroll one item at a time. This means that when you use the next/prev buttons or drag with a mouse or touch input, the widget will move through the items individually rather than in groups.

Done, and now it scrolls one item at a time, but has a weird behavior.

When I use the right arrow, there are a lot of empty spots.

And for some reason, I have configured 5 slides per view and it’s showing 4, and half of two items. https://prnt.sc/61iFBhI7Ls1c

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,

We found that it was custom CSS that we had.
