AlexH01ParticipantHi,
I’m running into 2 issues, both of which seem unresolvable on my side.
Issue 1:
Buttons in banners and “show more products” do not follow the style scheme set.
I customized buttons to be square and black from the theme settings, and they look how they are supposed to look when I edit my theme in Elementor.
When I submit the changes to pages, these buttons change to a navy blue for some reason – I never set up blue anywhere in the color scheme.
I even changed the general colors in Elementor by going to Site Settings – Buttons.
In preview/editor, this issue does not exist, however when saving and publishing the page, the buttons look blue.Solutions tried:
Disabled my cache plugin – didn’t work
Disabled all plugins except for the theme plugins – didn’t work
Tried manually editing the style of the buttons – didn’t workThe issue can be easily reproduced with any new banner and ‘load more’ widgets added.

Issue 2:
Animations from widgets don’t always work. This issue is sporadic and can’t be reproduced.Example 1:
I have an animated counter with general stats about my business. When someone loads the page, the counter starts animating numbers from my set value to a higher value.Sometimes these animations do not load at all, and it looks very bad and unprofessional to have all information set to 0 or to a low number.
Example 2:
Some banners have animations so that when you hover over them, the images move a bit.
These animations are sometimes disabled and refreshing the webpage, or editing and re-saving the page doesn’t help at all.Important note: whenever I have noticed animations not working, it was all animations across the whole website that did not work at all. It’s never just one widget not working. When an animation doesn’t play at all, no animation on the website plays at all. This is incredibly frustrating and awful for the whole website.
Solutions tried:
Disabled my cache plugin – didn’t work
Disabled all plugins except for the theme plugins – didn’t work
Tried recreating the widgets – animations work in preview, but not on the websiteThe issue is sporadic and I can’t reproduce it. I haven’t noticed any patterns of when the issue starts, it seems to be random: e.g. I tried adding pages or animated widgets, it didn’t trigger the animation issue. Sometimes I close the editor, the website works fine, I visit the website again 2 hours later and all animations are broken. I visit again 3 hours later and everything seems to be working fine.
Mind you I have kept a close eye on plugins that need updating – no plugins have required updates, and the issue was still present and sporadic.General details:
I only have the Woodmart theme loaded in my themes.
I do not have any custom CSS on my website.
PHP version: 8.2
Wordpress version: 6.7.2
All available theme patches are applied.Attachments:

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Navigate to Elementor -> Site Settings -> Buttons -> and make sure that fields related to colors are empty – https://prnt.sc/HqLMnNSWhQMc so then the settings related to the buttons will come from our Theme Settings.
2. Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing. Also, send access to the admin panel.
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Kind Regards
