Trouble installing theme

    I have tried a few times to activate the theme Woodmart but my system crashes everytime, I do not getting an error I just get the message There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    This is a fresh database and fresh WordPress install with no plugins or previous themes installed and I have tested activation with a few other premium WordPress themes that I have purchased on Themeforest and all of them activate without issue.

    Please send us your FTP access so we can check what is wrong. Also, please upload the latest version 8.1 to the themes/ folder via your hosting panel.

    Hello, thanks for your help. I was able to successfully install the theme and the furniture demo. I have two more questions if you could help with thanks:
    1. Does this theme offer WPbakery instead of elementor? I am a novice wordpress builder and I am more familiar with wpbakery.
    2. How do I change the color of the header background on the theme demo(https://device-graphics.com/cmb/)? I cannot find that setting in the theme settings. Thanks.

    1. Yes, you can use WPBakery as a page builder.

    2. You can customize the header using our header builder. Read more information in our documentation here https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/header-builder/?theme=woodmart

    Hello.. thanks for all your previous help. I have been building my clients site and they said they liked the colors from the original demo Woodmart Retail (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-retail/demo/retail/) but when I went to re-initiate the demo it removed the search bar and changed the colors which do not match the retail demo. Can you help get it back to demo retail settings?

    Hello, I did have one other big question – how do I make the my logo and the banner on the home page mobile friendly? When I look at my website on my phone the banner is not responsive and the logo is missing. Thanks so much.

    Hello, I was able to update the theme settings and get the search bar and colors correct so please disregard my first post. However I do still need help with the mobile version of the website if possible.

    Another question I have is what is the below module called in Elementor? My client would like to include this section from the demo and I am having trouble setting it up. Thanks again.
