Unfortunately, it is not possible to display the free gift table element on the FunnelKit checkout page. But if this plugin has the option to display the default checkout hook woocommerce_checkout_order_review, and enable the option https://monosnap.com/file/LKE24sL02M5b2V8aHuShekRmI9adMg in the theme setting, then the free gift table should appear.
