why the reviews info not show in the category page?

hi
i installed “Customer Reviews for WooCommerce” plugin ,and created a html block to load the shortcode for showing all reviews,whose preview is ok,
but after i add the html block to a product category(product-category- a category- Extra description ,select the html block),on the frontend of the specific category page,the review doesnot show,why? does the website disable “Extra description “? how to tell?
by the way ,i have done the same operation in another website ,it shows ok.
