Low timeout limit on the server issue – Unable to import a template!

    Dear XTEMOS ,
    I am writing to request assistance with an import error I’m encountering while setting up the [woodmart-Electronics] theme on my WordPress website, ecappro.com

    During the import process, I received the following error message:

    “The import could not be completed due to a low timeout limit on the server. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase it to 300 seconds.”

    This indicates that the server’s timeout limit is insufficient for the theme’s data import.

    I understand that this issue is likely related to my hosting environment. However, I am reaching out to you first, as I believe your theme support team may have specific recommendations or insights regarding this error in relation to your theme’s import process.

    I did change the configuration from my cpanel , and nothing changed!

    I will provide more information so we can find a solution .

    Hello,

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily, so we can check what is wrong.

    There are still a lot of extra plugins active. Please leave only theme-related plugins.

    My bad there is only 1 plugin activated now as you can see in the screenshot!

    Hello Sir , it is working now but there is an issue when i try to activate a plugin , they gave me this message : “There has been a critical error on this website”.
