Cannot create Cart Page

    Hello guys,

    i tried to create a new cart page for my woodmart website theme, and i get every time a redirect and in that redirect we receive 404 Error

    For example if i create “Cos” with this url: https://sph.tabyalashes.com/cos, when i access it, it will redirect me to Homepage (even if i have set the page in Woocommerce ->Advanced)

    If i try to acces Cart page from Side pannel, it will redirect me to https://sph.tabyalashes.com/cos-1 , where i find 404 error

    What should i to in order to have a functional Cart page?

    Hello,

    Please make sure the [woocommerce_cart] shortcode is directly added to your Cart page.

    Assign this page correctly in WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Cart Page. Then Go to Settings > Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard. Click Save Changes to refresh the permalink structure.

    If the issue remains, Deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and test again. If the issue still persists, share the wp logins details so I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

    I have done all those above.

    The problem still persists.

    More of that, i have switch the theme and it works.

    the cart page should be: /cos
    the checkout page should be: /checkout

    both of them redirects automatically to /cos-1 and /checkout-1…

    Hello,

    The issue is likely caused by the special character “È™” in “CoÈ™”.
    Now I have set up the cart page on your site and it is working fine.
    Check back on your site and check the issue.

    When i’m incognito mode, it is working, but when i am logged in as administrator, the checkout page is not working!

    And it is not because the web browser cache, because it happens the same also for the new browser installed special from scratch in order to test this issue.
