    Good luck Paytr When I want to receive a payment, Paytr does not appear on the payment page. I think there is a problem with the theme. Paytr technical manager could not help.

    When I click on the add to cart button on the product page of the theme, only a circle rotates inside the button and it does not do any action. What could be the reason?

    Hello, I tried it on different computers, but when I click add to cart, it doesn’t give a warning like it’s added to cart unless I refresh the page, and when I click buy immediately, it gives the error I added in the attachment.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back.
