sohee7569ParticipantHi, team
WOODMART Stock status under Shop page Widget Area does not work.
Even though it is checked on ‘On sale’ it shows all products while it should show only products on sale.
It used to work, but we just found that it no longer works. And it even shows the error code ‘jQuery(document).ready(function() {‘ in widget setting.
This error code appears at left-bottom under the footer. Can you please take a look?

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

You can fix it by applying patch #
645850. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.Kind Regards

sohee7569ParticipantYesterday, after editing the patcher, the products were not visible, but today, after editing the new patcher, the products are visible, but unlike the first issue, only the discounted products are visible, all products are visible.

sohee7569ParticipantFirst, I changed the last part of the link address to “?ixwpse=1&on_sale=1” and am using it.
March 27, 2025 at 10:14 am #649416Hello,
Have you sorted it out, or are you still having this issue?
Kind Regards

sohee7569ParticipantThe sale menu is being used temporarily by changing the link address. However, if you click on sale as a filter in the side menu, all products are displayed.
March 28, 2025 at 10:13 am #649778Hello,
Please send us your current admin access so we can check again. Also, keep all non-theme-related plugins turned off.

sohee7569ParticipantMarch 31, 2025 at 10:34 am #650330Hello,
It seems to be a conflict with the
WooCommerce Product Searchplugin. Once we disable it, it works correctly.Kind Regards

sohee7569Participantwe know “WooCommerce Product Search” issue.
We absolutely need the WooCommerce Product Search plugin.
Without it, we won’t get good results when we search.April 1, 2025 at 9:45 am #650677Hello,
This plugin somehow modifies the WooCommerce query and conflicts with our theme. We don’t have a fix to this, unfortunately.
Kind Regards
