How to export and Import Vegetable home page slider

How do I export and import the slider from the Vegetable demo homepage?
I’ve already asked this question, but it didn’t work right away.
If you can get this slide in a JSON file, or another format, please let me know. If not, if there’s a tutorial for creating this slider, please let me know.

To import the other demo slider, Try to create a staging site: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/
Import the “vegetable” demo on the staging site.
Import the demo on the staging site and you can copy or export the desired sections to the live site. or other content types without affecting the live site.
