We have the following issue with our client, unboxgreece.com. We’ve implemented Server-Side Tracking, but we’ve encountered a problem:
• When a product is added to the cart, three events are recorded instead of one.
• On the checkout page, the purchase event does not fire.
To better assist you, could you kindly test the functionality with default WordPress themes such as TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront? This will help us determine whether the issue stems from our theme or elsewhere.
