abdulParticipantCan you check the checkout page, cart page, and product page? All these pages are showing alignment issues. I am sharing screenshots for your reference. The issue started after the theme update. Can you please let me know how to fix it?
1. The checkout page scrolling is not working, and the page is unresponsive.
2. On the product page, the banner is still not displaying properly—it is getting stretched. Please check.
3. The cart page alignment is not correct. I have adjusted the top margin, but the issue persists.
4. On the product details page, I had added code in functions.php for [show_product_categories], and the categories were displaying correctly earlier. However, it is now showing an error. Can you check and let me know what the issue is?”Attachments:

01. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so I will check and give you a possible solution.
02. Navigate to Theme Settings -> Page title and choose the “Page title size” small.
03. Could you kindly share screenshots highlighting the specific areas where you’re noticing the alignment issue? This will help me better understand your concern and guide you more effectively toward a resolution.
04. Please switch to a default theme like Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Five and check if the issue persists. Because it requires customization and is beyond our support policy. Additional code customizations are out of our theme support scope.
Best Regards,

abdulParticipant1. I have tried everything, but it is still not working. Can you please check for me? I am sharing the WordPress login details.
2. I have made all the necessary settings, but the image is still not displaying properly. Can you please check? I had emailed before, but my requirement has not been fulfilled yet. Please see the image: https://eazygrab.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Eazygrab-Banner.jpg.
3. In the product category, for example, if there is a product named Carotone, different combo sizes are currently displayed together. I do not want them to appear together. Instead, I want them to be shown randomly or to display the discounted price first. The client wants the main products to appear first, followed by other products. Please let me know if any customization is needed; I am willing to pay for it as this is very important for us.
March 15, 2025 at 3:56 pm #646124Hello,
01. I have checked your site and the checkout page is scrolling fine. For the page alignment navigate to layouts > edit cart or checkout layout with Elementor and customize it.
02. The shop page title background is showing fine now on your site.
See Screenshot for clarification: https://ibb.co/wZ9Qr3bR03. Can you please share some screenshots or examples of what you actually want, so I can check and give you a possible solution?

abdulParticipant1. I have shared a video showing that the checkout page scrolling is not working https://go.screenpal.com/watch/cTebjLnink0. However, when logged into the WordPress admin panel, the scrollbar appears. Please check the issue by visiting the page without logging in. Here’s the screenshot: https://ibb.co/tw7Bx8pY. What could be causing this issue?
2. https://ibb.co/N2tVqPGR Please check, the page title banner is still not responsive. What could be the issue?

abdulParticipant01. Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
How much time will it take, and what do you need from our side?
March 18, 2025 at 4:03 pm #646837Hello,
If this is your live site, we recommend using a staging environment (also called a dev site) for testing. A staging site allows you to test issues, enable/disable features, and troubleshoot plugins without affecting your main website.
You can follow this guide to create a staging environment:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-create-staging-environment-for-a-wordpress-site/Then share the staging site access so I can further test the issue on the staging site and give you a possible solution.
Best Regards,
