PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Hi,
    I’m having trouble updating plugins on my WordPress site.

    At first, I was asked to enter my FTP credentials, which I did. I also added this line to my wp-config.php file:
    define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');

    But now, the update fails with this error:
    PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I also can’t update the WoodMart Core plugin, which is showing as outdated.

    Could you help me fix this?

    Hello,

    Try to do the following to update the theme:

    1. Go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Theme License and deactivate the theme.
    2. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    3. Activate the theme with your purchase code again.
    4. Go to Dashboard -> Updates and click on Check Again.
    5. Try to update the theme via Appearance -> Themes or via Dashboard -> Updates.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response.

    I’ve found the issue — I had reached the disk space limit on my hosting account. After freeing up some space, the plugin updates are now working properly.
