Can’t translate some texts

Hello! Using WPBakery and on cart page wpml don’t see “proceed to checkout” button text and “subtotal” text, but on checkout page can’t translate “Have a coupon?
Click here to enter your code”. All ready try scan themes and plugins for strings, auto register, search in admin text, not help.

Please confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing. Also, please update the theme to the latest version.

Theme is updated, we have full backup of it, so you can make any kind of necessary actions for tests, as also deactivate plugins, change themes and etc.

In the String translation I see that you have translated it – https://prnt.sc/S3KvipP6SkCD but it doesn’t work even on the default Storefront theme – https://prnt.sc/dgft8CXduEo7 so this is something related to the WPML, I suggest you contact their support team for further solutions.

I see that in the String translation, the “coupon” field is not defined. Also, when I try to scan the strings in WooCommerce – https://prnt.sc/ogRbhtey4gwg in infinitely loads in 7k founded strings so either try to scan from your end as well or check the article below for help:
