Attributes not showing up in shop filter widget area

When we set up an attribute filter for the shop widget area, it doesnt show up. When we run the attribute regenerate woocommerce tool it suddenly appears and when the process is finished the filter disappears again.

Navigate to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Products -> Advanced -> turn off the “Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering.” option – https://prnt.sc/mZrJZVgwja93
Clear the cache and check how it works.
