Please add the below custom code to the functions.php file in your child theme –

if ( ! function_exists( 'xts_disable_elementor_swiper' ) ) {
	function xts_disable_elementor_swiper() {
		wp_dequeue_script( 'swiper' );
		wp_deregister_script( 'swiper' );
	}
	add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'xts_disable_elementor_swiper', 20 );	
}
