After Woodmart theme activation, my site is not working fine. I have an ecommerce website. Where Woodmart theme is working in tandem with the Woocommerce Plugin.
The woodmart theme was working fine with all the plugins, but from 5 days ago, the site has been experiencing great problems, like the single product pages are not working. When i change the theme to any other except woodmart, the site works fine.
I have tried deactivating all the plugins, and then to enable one by one, when the theme is different, none of the plugins cause any issue. But just when I activate the woodmart theme, the site start experiencing issues.
I thought maybe, the theme version is outdated, so I recently updated the version, but the issue still persists.

please provide me some aid with this issue. Its my live site, and my sales are suffering greatly.

Okay. Can you please check again now. I have checked and made some changes in the hosting settings to not to block any country or IPs.
Please check again and let me know if it still doesn’t work.

Since I have updated the Woodmart theme to 8.1.1 version from 7.4.3
I have been experiencing 502 Gateway errors on any kind of submit action on wordpress. FOrbidden errors on trying to edit the woodmart settings.

You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase max_input_vars parameter to 10000, then clear the cache and check how it works.

I have increased max_input_vars parameter to 10000, still I’m getting forbidden to save settings related to woodmart theme.
Please let me know if you have any insight into it.
Also, currently, Im also working on the site, If you want to make some changes there, please let me know first.

Hello,

It seems that the issue is related to the server configuration, check the article below for help:

I suggest you contact server support and ask them to disable that security so it will not be blocked.
