You are using overlap header so the title page is hidden. Please edit page > scroll down to Page Settings and set custom header, which is normal header for that page.

Then, go to Theme Settings > General > Layout to set normal header.

You did not create new header without overlap and set to project-cat instead. I helped you to fix it.

Please add below Custom CSS code to Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Desktop CSS to make image looks better:

    --wd-title-sp: 150px;
}
