    Hi WoodMart team

I’m currently using the Estimate Delivery feature and trying to set up a custom delivery rule for all products of the Hamilton Beach brand.

I created a rule with different delivery days (5 to 7), and I used the condition based on Product Attribute > Brand = Hamilton Beach. However, this specific rule is not being applied — instead, the general delivery rule (3 to 5 days for all products) is still shown on product pages.

    I’ve already:

Set a higher priority for the specific rule

Ensured the products are correctly assigned to the Hamilton Beach brand

Left the shipping zone empty so it applies to all zones

Could you please check what might be causing this?

I’ve also created a temporary admin access so you can investigate directly on my live site:

Thanks a lot for your help
    Best regards,

    Cédric M.

    Hi team,
It’s all sorted now I found out why the specific rule for Hamilton Beach products wasn’t working — I had forgotten to assign the shipping methods/zones to the rule.
    Everything is working fine now!

    Thanks again
