Split: Abandonded cart sends email at same time as “order processing email”

    Hello,

    I have the same problem 🙁
    There should be a script that prevents abandoned cart emails from being sent after the customer completes a purchase. Moreover, the status of abandoned carts does not change.

    Hello,

    You can fix it by applying patch # 650796. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it works for you.

    I have another issue about “Abandonded cart.”; When I click on “view cart,” I get an error page with this message –> Invalid post type.

    Can you help me?

    It might be due to a conflict with installed plugins. Could you please temporarily turned them off?
