Cannot Import Pre-Built Website

Hi, I cannot seem to import Pre-Built Websites to my website. I wanted to import “Flower” website, but it always stuck at 15% and I get the attached error message.
I’ve contacted the hosting support, and they cannot change timeout limit to 300s as my plan is shared hosting.
Please advise how can I import the pre-built website to my website so I can do the changes accordingly?Would it be possible for you to copy the file for me for this theme? I’ve created new user for you.
