Ajax products tabs – product layout – items per page mobile

When changing the columns on the desktop view to 3 columns and items per page to 6, switching to the mobile view and changing the columns to 2 and items per page to 4, there are still 4 items per page regardless of the view, it does not change the items per view on mobile, it can’t be different?

The “items per page” setting is global and not device-specific — which means it applies the same value across desktop, tablet, and mobile views. That’s why changing the “items per page” for mobile doesn’t take effect separately.
However, column settings are responsive, so you can control how many columns are displayed on mobile vs desktop. But, the total number of products per page will remain the same regardless of the device.
