When I add a slider to the home page, it throws a 500 error.

I deactivated the plugins not used for woodymart and the error is still there.

Please find the screenshot you can see something is wrong with it.

Once I hit publish it errors out.

    Hello,

You’ll probably need to speak to your host and check your PHP error logs and increase the memory limit.

    Please follow this tutorial:

The issue is within the theme, if you see the screenshot the slider is embedding all sections of the homepage into the slider itself.

Please stop deferring the issue and replicate it on the home page simply by selecting the only slider and youll find its not working properly.

    Hello,

Okay, I see the issue. Confirm the permission for plugins deactivation and switching to the parent theme for testing.

    Thank you in advance.

    Kind Regards

Yes please go ahead, but after you are finished please revert back the plugins and child theme.

    Hello,

Without 3rd party plugins the slider works well – https://gyazo.com/2c5f9955f1956c62c85a6f0fdf72fe24 but the Elementor still shows a 500 error, in this case, please send me the error logs from your server.

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help with this question.

Here below are articles that may help you understand the error better:

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards
