Transparent menu not showing anymore

My menu for desktop and mobile used to be transparent and now its not its the one circled in red.

Hi! They issue was that the backdrop I had wasn’t lining up like it normally does so I did -350 margin to fix the issue but not sure if that was the proper way to fix it.
