    hello i have a problem with slow pages and our hosting say its theme problem not from them , hosting provider is superhosting.bg and the website is https://kompass.bg and pahe is shop page https://kompass.bg/shop/ they provide us a file which is attached to this ticket and say theme developer should to optimize it.
    Can you please check it and say what can we do or what should be done . hosting vps 6cores and 10ram
    with 5000 products and variations 30k.

    Hello,

    Send access to the admin panel and confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.

    I suggest you change the server or contact server support for further solutions. Let me know the result.
