how to add pages in the footer

Could you kindly provide step-by-step instructions about how to add a new page or a category in the footer , because i tried to do it but it’s doesn’t have the option !

In Appearance -> Widgets -> define the “Navigation menu” for the Footer widgets and select the desired menu – https://prnt.sc/d5CAzBRJ7tgQ
Then the menu will appear.
