Category page error displayed as 404

    Hi,
    My category page opens showing 404.
    I have checked the product page as well as the home page without error.
    This is not the first time I have had this problem, I am attaching the account password below. Please help me solve this problem and let me know how I can fix it the next time I have this problem.
