Facing issue with checkout “please enter an address to continue”

    Hi guys,

    I am facing a issue on my website in which when a customer is checking out and filling the boxes they are still getting a issue “please enter an address to continue” even though it’s complete & I have called them to clarify what is filled.

    Things to note:
    – It looks like the issue is happening on android devices but not confirmed
    – Possibly to do with autofill & the state dropdown.

    As of now we have not managed to replicate the issue, just so your aware it’s only happening when they are paying via credit/debit card

    Hello,

    Make sure that the country settings are configured correctly in your WooCommerce settings. To do this, go to the WooCommerce settings page, click on the General tab, and check that the default country is set correctly.

    Also, this error occurs when the country field is disabled/removed in either the billing or shipping section in the plugin settings. Please note that when you provide validation for the state field or zip code field in any section, it is mandatory to have an active country field.

    If the country field is disabled, could you please enable the fields and verify from your side?
