Slider Revolution not showing after login

    Hi there

    We just installed a plain version of Woodmart theme on our server (Kinsta, Staging Site).

    After login, we can’t see the “Slider Revolution” on our homepage. Login credentials to check are below.

    We couldn’t find any issues in the Chrome Dev Console nor did we installed any relevant 3rd party plugins. It’s pretty much a plain Woodmart site.

    Hello

    Many thanks. We just noticed that this is only the case when we login with our “main” admin-account. If we use the Support-Account created for you in the invisible section, it also works for us.

    This is somehow strange, as the support-account also has “admin rights” in WordPress. Do you have an idea why this slider is not showing up, logging in as admin with our “regular” account?

    Hi axxo,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme’s issue or not?
