Hello, I deactivated my license key, but when I do a new installation, it says your license key is active. I bought the theme from themeforest.com and it does not appear here, I cannot deactivate it.

You can manage all your purchase codes in your account on our website: https://xtemos.com/my-account/
From there, you can remove old activations for domains that are no longer in use, allowing you to activate the theme on a new domain.
