Urgent: Inconsistent Filter Functionality on Desktop and Mobile

    We’ve noticed that on both desktop and mobile devices, the price range filter and category filters behave inconsistently — sometimes they appear correctly, and other times they don’t show up at all or appear in a dropdown format unexpectedly.

    The filter functionality is not working as expected. We’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps, including deactivating other plugins to rule out any conflicts, but the issue still persists.

    Could you please look into this issue at your earliest convenience?

    We are currently using the Woodmart single product template layout. However, it works perfectly only sometimes—other times, it fails to load properly. Doesn’t this suggest that the issue might be specifically related to the Woodmart theme?

    Also, we had issues earlier with the off-canvas filter not working, and your support team advised us to enable the “Scripts always load” option for the Button Off-Canvas. We suspect this setting might now be causing a conflict.

    Please investigate this in detail and let us know your thoughts.

    Hello,

    The thing is that the price filter, categories filter come from WooCommerce itself.

    Off canvas sidebar – it’s 1 functionality, the filters functionality – it’s another one, it’s not the same. Could you please make a video of the issue that occurs on your end (for a better understanding) so I can do some testing for the investigation of the issue? Also, send me access to the staging website.
