    Our websites are down du to fatal PHP error. Please look into it asap.

    Thank you so much for purchasing our WoodMart theme and for reaching out to our support center.

    Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and ensure that you have only the necessary plugins active for WoodMart to function properly: WoodMart core, WooCommerce, and Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder.

    If the issue persists, kindly provide us with your WordPress admin access details in the Private content field. This will allow us to log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue further.

    Please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off and send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.

    Sure, you can post your sensitive information using Private content. I can delete these screenshots.

    Please disable all the plugins here and test how it works. If you still experience this problem, keep all plugins deactivated so we can reproduce this.
