when trying to edit with elementor, the preview does not load

    i have the woodmart theme, updated, when i try to enter to edit with elementor it doesn’t allow me, it says it can’t load the preview,
    if i change the theme if it allows me to use elementor,
    if i enter in safe mode i can also use it but it breaks things on the site.

    i need to edit with elementor the woodmart theme without breaking the site, i ask for support please. thanks.

    Hello,

    Please, disable all external plugins and switch to the parent theme. Then check how it works.

    Additionally, follow the Elementor guide and configure the options:
