infodesignjust4youParticipantThe web shop has been active for over 3 years. We are using the WoodMart theme in combination with WooCommerce. Three days ago, a problem arose that we haven’t been able to solve. Through the process of elimination, we determined that WooCommerce is the issue. We concluded this by disabling all plugins and then re-enabling them one by one until the CPU usage again spiked to 100/100.
We installed the Query Monitor plugin to help identify the issue, but it didn’t reveal anything unusual. The site was running through CloudFlare when the issue occurred, so we suspected a possible conflict there as well. We changed the DNS settings so that the site no longer goes through CloudFlare, but that didn’t help either.
We noticed that there are a lot of Scheduled Actions — 2310 marked as complete, 15300 failed, and 10 pending. We manually deleted these actions, but that also didn’t solve the issue.
We’ve now switched to a basic Elementor theme, and the site is working properly and loading well. This means there’s some kind of conflict between WooCommerce and the WoodMart theme for some reason.
We hired a WooCommerce expert who provided the following comments:
I see a 4.58GB of error log here. Something definitely going wrong here..
I have updated all the plugins
If I activate the elementor theme, the website is pretty fast
I am not getting any error anywhere to identify the issue
so working blindly
Only thing found so far, woodmart theme is causing the issue
but don’t know what code exactly as no error is generating anywhere
What concerns us is that we currently have around 10 websites using the WoodMart theme, and it has performed excellently — both our clients and we are very satisfied with it. This particular site has a lot of traffic, and we would really like to find the root cause of the issue so we can continue using the WoodMart theme.
Thank you in advance!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please check the same issue on the default WooCommerce Storefront theme?
I await your response.
Kind Regards
