Can i copy any type of theme templates,sections or anything what i need ?

    when i try to create a layout i just find some specific templates.but i see in the demo sections their are diffrenet type of themes , templates and pages.Can I copy paste the design from any demo theme or any page designs which i want ? Like I want to use mega electronics demo theme but want a furniture demo themes ”category section” type category section in my mega electronics demo themes home page. can i do it ? if its yes then how ?
