Importing pre built website

    It keeps on showing an error even after my hosting provider increased timeout limit from 300 to 600 to allow much more time for the upload.

    Hello,

    Please try to deactivate the third-party plugins and import the demo again.

    Note that our dummy content works only on a fresh installation. If you have some content already, it will conflict with your existing posts, and most of the content will not be imported correctly.

    If the issue remains, try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

    If the issue still remains, share the WP login details so I can further check on your site and import the demo on your site.

    Hi the demo import now works but there’s an overlay of data on the menu. I’ve attached screenshot of how it currently looks like after importing.

    Hello,

    The demo is not imported correctly on your site. Try to increase the “PHP Max Input Vars” parameter to 10000 or higher in your PHP configuration and import the demo again.

    If the issue still remains, share the WP admin login details and Cpanel login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

    PHP Max Input Vars parameter is already set to 10000. See attached screenshot. Could you share your email so we can generate a temporary admin login details for you troubleshoot?

    I’ve succeed to remove the import and overlay of items in the menu is fixed. One remaining thing is that the top menu has duplicate items. I’ll check if I can edit it out. Thanks for your support.
