I’m currently facing an issue with how the product attribute swatches are being displayed on my website using the Woodmart theme. Sometimes, the variation attributes (such as numbers or membership options) are shown correctly as styled buttons (as expected), but other times they appear as a plain, unstyled vertical list, like a default dropdown or unordered text list.

I’m using the latest version of the Woodmart theme along with LiteSpeed Cache.

    Hello,

The issue you’re describing — where product attribute swatches sometimes appear as styled buttons and other times as plain vertical lists — is usually related to either caching or swatch configuration.

Navigate to Products > Attributes, select the attribute, and make sure it’s set to display as Swatches “Text swatch”.

Additionally, clear the site cache/browse cache while checking the issue. So now I have checked your site and it is showing fine.

I’m encountering an issue with the layout of variable products on my site. When I make any changes using Elementor, the elements of the variable product get disrupted and scattered. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I noticed that I have to clear the cache for each page or change the currency in order for everything to return to normal.

    Hello,

The issue you’re experiencing is related to caching. Clear the cache from caching plugins you are using LiteSpeed Cache. Also clear the server cache.

Regenerate Elementor CSS files by going to Elementor > Tools > Regenerate CSS. If needed, check the cache settings of the plugin to prevent this issue from happening again.

For more details, follow this guide: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/

    Hello,

I have followed all the steps you suggested, including clearing all caches (LiteSpeed Cache, server cache) and regenerating Elementor CSS files. However, the issue with the attribute swatches not displaying properly on the product page still persists.

It is not reasonable to expect clearing the cache manually every time I update or view a product. This is not a sustainable solution for a live website.

Since I have already tried all caching-related solutions without success, I believe the problem is deeper and not simply related to caching.

Please investigate further or escalate this issue to a higher support level.

Looking forward to your assistance in resolving this properly.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all the third-party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the third-party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the third-party plugins deactivated and let me know I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,
