Maybe you are using Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, which are part of WooCommerce Builder from WoodMart. You have not used the hook in the layout, Please try to use the Hook widget to show this if you want to use custom layouts of the theme.
You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.
