I would like the mobile version to be clean like the desktop. Where it doesnt show till you hover over it.

Sorry to say it is not possible to make it like the desktop. Mobile devices (phones, tablets) don’t have “hover” events like desktops.
That’s why on mobile, by default, it shows hover content by default. This is the way it works.

Sorry to say it is not possible in the theme settings to make it look like this. Such modification requires complicated WooCommerce code customization, which is not covered by our support.
