Site Loading Delay After WoodMart Update – Urgent

    Hello WoodMart team,

    I hope you’re having a great day. I’m experiencing an issue with my theme—it takes several seconds to fully load, and this started happening after I updated to the latest version.

    I’ve already ruled out content optimization as the cause, and I’ve disabled all plugins to test, but the problem persists. My hosting parameters appear to meet the theme’s requirements, according to the status report.

    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue? It’s quite urgent. I can provide admin credentials if needed.

    Quisiera aportar una aclaración adicional sobre el problema que estoy experimentando:

    Cuando el sitio carga, algunos elementos como las cuadrículas de productos no responden correctamente a las interacciones del mouse (por ejemplo, efectos al pasar el cursor o áreas clicables). Luego de unos segundos, parece producirse una segunda “recarga” o reinicialización, tras la cual todo comienza a funcionar correctamente.

    Este comportamiento comenzó únicamente después de la última actualización del tema. Espero que este detalle adicional ayude a identificar la causa del problema.

    Just to provide further clarification on the issue I’m experiencing:

    When the site loads, elements like product grids do not initially respond correctly to mouse interactions (e.g., hover effects or clickable areas). A few seconds later, there appears to be a second “refresh” or reinitialization, after which everything starts working properly.

    This behavior started only after the most recent theme update. I hope this additional detail helps in identifying the root cause.

    When the page is not cached, it loads around 2s – https://prnt.sc/Oxai5PDM3ABv , which is okay.

    When the site loads, elements like product grids do not initially respond correctly to mouse interactions (e.g., hover effects or clickable areas)

    Could you please send a video for a better understanding? Because at the moment, I cannot replicate that issue on your end.

    The following link describes the issue I\’m experiencing, which is illustrated in an attached video. Specifically, I\’m noticing a significant delay in the loading of the mobile version of my website and a lag in the deployment of the hamburger menu.

    Regarding the desktop version, I haven’t experienced the issue again after switching browsers. From what I understand, it seems to be related to the local cache of the previous browser.

    Hi Lucas,
    Thank you very much for your help. I cleared the browser cache, but the issue persisted until I disabled maintenance mode. It seems this happens when accessing the site from the WordPress backend. Since then, I haven’t noticed any delays in the elements.

    Also, I want to congratulate you on the development of the theme. I’ve been working with Woodmart for a long time and I haven’t found a better one.
