    Hey, I want to add a scroll bar banner with pause on hover on top of the header similar to the one in the provided link, How to achieve that?

    Use the “Marquee” element, define it via the HTML Block and then assign that HTML Block as a header banner – https://prnt.sc/MtvfiRJ1GPxU
