Dropdown Menu Accessibility Compatibility Issue

I have setup main menu using HTML blocks like in Marketplace 2 demo. I have set up the first level with click event because for accessibility Hoover modality is not suggested as it is difficult to use with keyboard navigation.
When trying to open the dropdown menu with the enter key, dropdown menu does not open (it is necessary for digital accessibility compliance).
I have also tried with the demo Marketplace2 changing only the behaviour of the menu from hoover to click event with the same wrong result.

I will be more detailed in my explanation:
1. I load the page
2. I try to open the dropdown menu using the keyboard (tabs to move and Enter to open), but it does not work both with chrome and firefox.
3. After loading the page I open the dropdown menu using the mouse, then if I try with the keyboard it works perfectly.
Note: if the dorpdown menu is wordpress simple, without HTML blocks, it works every time. The problem happens only when it uses HTML blocks.
