    Hi team,

I’m currently experiencing several issues related to the Wishlist and Compare functionalities in the Woodmart theme:

    Wishlist not displaying properly:
When users click the wishlist icon, it correctly redirects to the /wishlist/ URL. However, on the Ukrainian version of the site (main language), the content displayed is not the wishlist but the blog archive instead.
On the Russian translated version, the wishlist works as expected — even though both versions are using the [woodmart_wishlist] shortcode.

    Wishlist items not showing up:
Even when products are added to the wishlist (the icon shows a count, e.g. “2”), the wishlist page appears empty — no items are displayed at all.

    Compare feature sometimes doesn’t respond:
Occasionally, clicking the compare icon does nothing. It seems to randomly stop working and then work again on page reload.

These issues persist even when cache is cleared, and WPML translations are re-synced.

Could you please advise what might be causing these issues or how to fix them?

    Thanks in advance!
    Yurii Vorobiov

    Hello,

May I disable the 3rd party plugins for testing?

Looking forward to collaborating with you.

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

Thank you for your help so far.

Just a quick note before you proceed with further debugging: please avoid disabling any plugins or making experimental changes directly on the live production site at https://14k.website/, as we are actively developing and populating it.

Instead, we’ve prepared a dedicated staging environment with the exact same setup and credentials. You’re welcome to test, disable plugins, or do any required debugging there safely.

Let me know if you have any questions.

    Best regards,
    Yurii
