Tawk.to not working in Mobile

We have installed a plugin tawk.to for chat, their chat widget is visible in desktop but the same is not visible in mobile, please help

I have checked your site on mobile, and I can confirm that the Tawk.to chat widget is visible and functioning properly on mobile devices as well.

yes its visible, we had done the setting in wideget dashboard
