Quick quantity option has disappeared.

kruajengParticipantAfter I updated the theme to the latest version, I encountered some problems.
Firstly, I had previously set up a ‘quick quantity’ selector option to be displayed. However, after logging into the system, this quick quantity option has disappeared.
Secondly, regarding product categories, I had configured certain ones to display only a specific subcategory. Now, they are displaying both the main (parent) category and the subcategory together, as shown in the image. This behavior ignores the display rules I had set.
How can I fix these issues and restore the previous settings and appearance?

02. Regarding the product categories, could you please let me know where you made the changes to the settings? Did you use any custom code or a specific plugin to configure the display rules for showing only the subcategories?
This will help us better understand the issue and find a solution.

kruajengParticipantEverything changed on its own after I updated the latest theme, and I didn’t do anything else. Why don’t you go check? I’ve already sent you the login link ..
And why would I go and change the design again to make things complicated?
The problems I’ve been chasing and fixing for months are finally settled, and it was perfect as I wanted it.It seems like the theme has messed it all up again,

02. We have reviewed the changes that occurred during the update and can confirm that the functionality of the “Show product category” option has not been modified. Upon checking your product, we noticed that it belongs to two categories. By default, when a product is assigned to two categories, both are displayed https://monosnap.com/file/GV6tHdPINPbWL6zpZJZ0nkwpKh1kyt
It’s possible that this behavior differs because the functionality in your theme had previously been customized, and during the update, any modifications made directly to the theme were overwritten.
If you have a backup of your website from before the theme update, it would be a good idea to restore it or review the custom changes that were made.

kruajengParticipantI checked the design page and found that it’s related to the theme settings. After I updated the theme, it encountered an issue, causing the plus (+) and minus (–) buttons for adjusting the product quantity to disappear.

kruajengParticipantI have already requested my hosting provider to clear all the cache, but the problem still persists. Specifically, the quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons are not displaying.
I contacted my hosting provider, and they informed me that the issue seems to be related to the WoodMart theme. They advised me to ask the theme developer to investigate why these buttons have disappeared.
This issue occurred right after I applied your latest update.
Help me understand how to get these buttons back? I need instructions on how to re-enable or add the quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons

However, the issue with the quantity plus (+) and minus (–) buttons not displaying still hasn’t been resolved after I updated to the latest WoodMart theme. Try logging into my user account to check.
